The Independent Association of Churches in Havana, Cuba is a broad association of approximately 500 local churches throughout Havana. Representing a diverse community of Christian congregations from many denominations, the association unites churches around a shared commitment to serving their communities and advancing the Gospel.
The association is currently led by Pastor Alex, who serves alongside his wife, Duñia. For the previous decade, the association was faithfully led by Pastor Michel and his wife, Yami, whose years of service helped establish a strong foundation for collaboration and ministry.
The Hands and Feet of Christ Jesus works closely with this association to identify needs, coordinate ministry efforts, and mobilize churches across Havana's 15 municipalities. By working through this network of indigenous churches, we strengthen local ministries, encourage cooperation across denominational lines, and ensure that every outreach is both community-driven and centered on sharing the love of Christ.
