Rev. Alexander Laurencio Ramírez is an ordained pastor with the Assemblies of God in Cuba and has faithfully served in pastoral ministry and missions for more than 32 years. Alongside his wife, Rev. Dunia Guzmán Mejías, he has dedicated his life to strengthening the Church, equipping leaders, and serving communities throughout Cuba. Together they have two children, and both are actively involved in theological education through the Cuban Theological Training Program (UTPC).

Holding degrees in Theology, Biblical Studies, and Education with a specialization in Information Technology, Rev. Alexander has ministered in both rural and urban regions of Cuba. He is an author, teacher, and conference speaker whose writings focus on God’s mission through the local church and its role in transforming communities through the love of Christ.

Throughout his ministry, Rev. Alexander has developed numerous community outreach initiatives and has trained pastors and church leaders across Cuba. By God’s grace, he has also spoken at conferences in the United States and Europe, encouraging churches to be a positive and lasting influence in their communities. He currently serves as president of a pastoral fellowship that unites churches and denominations in Christian service.

His passion for serving those in need is reflected through multiple children’s feeding programs, a meal program for the elderly, and a nutritional initiative that provides quail eggs to vulnerable families. He also partners with Amen Worldwide Chaplaincy, helping train chaplains throughout Cuba and supporting humanitarian projects that care for children, the elderly, and other vulnerable individuals.

Rev. Alexander is currently leading the construction of a shelter for people experiencing homelessness. Each Friday night, ministry volunteers provide bread, protein, and refreshments to those living on the streets.

Through it all, Rev. Alexander remains committed to being the hands and feet of Jesus, faithfully sharing the Gospel while demonstrating Christ’s love through compassionate service.

El Rev. Alexander Laurencio Ramírez es un pastor ordenado de las Asambleas de Dios en Cuba y ha servido fielmente en el ministerio pastoral y misionero durante más de 32 años. Junto a su esposa, la Rev. Dunia Guzmán Mejías, ha dedicado su vida a fortalecer la Iglesia, capacitar líderes y servir a las comunidades en toda Cuba. Juntos tienen dos hijos, y ambos participan activamente en la educación teológica a través del Programa de Capacitación Teológica Cubano (UTPC).

Con títulos en Teología, Estudios Bíblicos y Educación con especialización en Tecnología de la Información, el Rev. Alexander ha ministrado tanto en regiones rurales como urbanas de Cuba. Es autor, maestro y conferencista cuyos escritos se centran en la misión de Dios a través de la iglesia local y su papel en la transformación de las comunidades mediante el amor de Cristo.

A lo largo de su ministerio, el Rev. Alexander ha desarrollado numerosas iniciativas de alcance comunitario y ha capacitado a pastores y líderes de iglesias en toda Cuba. Por la gracia de Dios, también ha hablado en conferencias en Estados Unidos y Europa, animando a las iglesias a ser una influencia positiva y duradera en sus comunidades. Actualmente se desempeña como presidente de una fraternidad pastoral que une a iglesias y denominaciones en el servicio cristiano.

Su pasión por servir a quienes lo necesitan se refleja en múltiples programas de alimentación infantil, un programa de comidas para los ancianos, y una iniciativa nutricional que provee huevos de codorniz a familias vulnerables. También colabora con Amen Worldwide Chaplaincy, ayudando a capacitar capellanes en toda Cuba y apoyando proyectos humanitarios que atienden a niños, ancianos y otras personas vulnerables.

El Rev. Alexander actualmente lidera la construcción de un albergue para personas en situación de calle. Cada viernes por la noche, voluntarios del ministerio entregan pan, proteínas y refrescos a quienes viven en las calles.

A través de todo esto, el Rev. Alexander permanece comprometido a ser las manos y los pies de Jesús, compartiendo fielmente el Evangelio mientras demuestra el amor de Cristo a través del servicio compasivo.
