Stewarding Every Gift with Care

Every gift received through a THAFOCJ fundraising campaign represents a donor who trusted us to use their contribution for the mission they chose to support. We have a responsibility to honor that trust by accurately documenting how those funds are used.

This Fund Tracker is specifically for funds received by The Hands and Feet of Christ Jesus (THAFOCJ) through your mission campaign and provided to you or your team for mission expenses. You do not need to record personal funds or other donations or support received outside of THAFOCJ.

As Mission Team Leader, you are responsible for documenting how all THAFOCJ funds entrusted to your mission are spent and for providing receipts or other supporting documentation whenever possible. The total amount recorded as spent should equal the total THAFOCJ funds provided for your mission, leaving a $0 remaining balance at the completion of the mission.

Accurate recordkeeping allows us to maintain transparency and accountability to our donors and helps ensure that every dollar entrusted to THAFOCJ is properly accounted for and used for its intended mission purpose.
