Steven Wissinger
Board Chair and President
Steven grew up in a family of 9 siblings. He was the middle child. His father was a US Army officer, and his mother was a stay-at-home mother. In other words, she was the CEO of the family! Being a military dependent, Steven traveled the world as his father moved from one duty station to another.
Steven also served in the US Army, both as an NCO and an Officer and was stationed across the US and Germany.
After leaving the military, Steven started and managed several successful business and is currently the Director, Client Relations at Aggregate Construction Consultants.
Zuleica Fistarol Wissinger
Treasurer and Vice President
Zuleica is the oldest of 3 siblings. She was born and raised in the town of Apiuna in Santa Catarina, Brazil. Her mother and father ran a second-generation family retail business.
Zuleica’s parents were active members in the local church and community. From an early age, her parents taught her the value in helping others.
Zuleica currently works as Manager, Regulatory Affairs for ASO LLC in Sarasota, Florida.
